These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the psychic services provided on this website ("Services") by [Citrine Business Development and Meesh Carra] ("Company," "We," "Us," or "Our") and your relationship with the psychic practitioner, herein referred to as "Psychic."


By using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.


1. Psychic Services


1.1 Nature of Services: Our Psychic offers spiritual and intuitive readings, including but not limited to tarot card readings, psychic readings, and mediumship sessions, for guidance and entertainment purposes only. 


1.2 Legal Disclaimer: These services do not constitute legal, medical, financial, or professional advice. Psychic readings are subject to interpretation and should not be taken as absolute.  A reading is never 100% accurate. All readings given by Meesh Carra are for entertainment purposes only, and no guarantee can are given regarding the accuracy of a reading. It will not force you to follow a particular course of action or attempt to exert control over your free will and common sense.


1.3 Contents of Reading: The contents of a reading are not legally binding.  Any decisions made, or actions taken by client as a result of the reading are the sole responsibility of the client. Meesh Carra and its owners, members, affiliates, and partners assumes no legal liability for any damages, losses, or other consequences of any client decisions, subsequent to, or based on readings provided.  Please use your own common sense and judgment at all times. 


1.4 Age Restrictions: You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. If you are under 18, you may only use our Services with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.


1.5 Confidentiality: The Psychic respects your privacy and will keep all information shared during sessions confidential, except when required by law. We do not disclose your personal information without your explicit consent.


2. Booking and Payment


2.1 Booking: To schedule a session, you must follow our booking process, which may require you to provide personal information and payment details. By booking a session, you agree to pay the specified fee for the selected service.


2.2 Payment: Payment is due at the time of booking. We accept payment through Calendly. All payments are processed securely.


3. Cancellation and Refunds


3.1 A cancellation policy with a 24-hour notice for providing a refund is a reasonable and customer-friendly approach. Below is a sample cancellation policy for such a scenario:

At Citrine Business Development, LLC, we value your time and understand that plans can change. To ensure a smooth experience for both our customers and our team, we have established the following cancellation policy:


3.3 Cancellation Timeframe


Customers who wish to cancel their booking or reservation must provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice before the scheduled start time to be eligible for a refund.


3.4. Refund Eligibility


  • Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice are eligible for a full refund of the booking amount.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time are not eligible for a refund.


3.5. Cancellation Process


To cancel a booking and request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us via with your booking details.

  • Provide at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled start time.

  • Our team will process your cancellation and refund request as soon as possible.


3.6. Exceptional Circumstances


In exceptional circumstances, such as unforeseen emergencies, we may consider refund requests for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time. Please contact us immediately in such cases to discuss your situation.


3.7 No-Shows


If a customer fails to show up for a booking without prior notice, they will not be eligible for a refund.


3.8. Changes to Bookings


We understand that plans can change, and we will do our best to accommodate booking modifications whenever possible. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to reschedule your appointment or booking. Rescheduling Fee: A rescheduling fee of $15 will be applied to all booking changes made by the customer. This fee is non-refundable and must be paid prior to confirming the new booking date. The rescheduling fee is subject to change at the discretion of the company.


4. Liability and Disclaimers


4.1 Disclaimer: Our Psychic Services are provided "as is." We make no guarantees or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or effectiveness of the information provided during sessions.


4.2 Limitation of Liability: To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claims arising out of your use of our Services is limited to the amount you paid for the service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.


5. Code of Conduct


5.1 Respect: You agree to treat the Psychic with respect and courtesy during sessions and in all communications.


5.2 Prohibited Conduct: You must not engage in any behavior that is abusive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate. We reserve the right to terminate your access to our Services if you violate this provision.


6. Changes to Terms


We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without notice. Any changes will be effective upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
